Most of the fruits and vegetables that the restaurant uses in its dishes come from its own organic garden that was created as part of Iguazu Grand’s pro-environmental and ecological action.
The organic garden which was created in 2005, used to be a banana plantation. Mrs. Josefa has been taking care of it since its creation. Year after year the garden has been growing, occupying now 1200 square feet. In it, we grow citrus (grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, oranges, etc.), peaches, mango, hearts of palms, mate tea, guaraná, tomatoes, lettuce, red peppers, onions and many other vegetables depending on the season.
Our Executive Chef uses fresh products on a daily basis in his kitchen to serve all the restaurants of the property.
